I made an appointment for my son and I to have a routine eye check. When we arrived for the appointment, we were told that there had been an error and we had been booked in for appointments at the same time with different optometrists. Since my son is only 6, this wasn't particularly appropriate.
Nevertheless, a few minutes later we were both able to have our appointments together. All the staff were really helpful and the optometrist was lovely, funny and put us both at ease!
Luckily we both have good vision so we didn't require any further assistance.
I would definitely recommend Boots Opticians!
