It was a really great experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the online booking system, particularly being able to see availability at nearby opticians. (The only thing I might change in an ideal world would be a way of fixing the location and then seeing appointments for a multi-day period rather than having to look day by day, but that's a very minor point.) Thank you for sending me a voucher for the eye test. I felt a bit cheeky getting it for free but it was much appreciated. I now live overseas but fully intend to continue visits to Boots Opticians on my visits to the UK. The service and the value for money (even without a voucher) are excellent.
