The initial eye tests were carried out by Connie, who was friendly and informative. I was passed over to Tez, (sorry if I've read his name wrong!) the optometrist, who was brilliant and invesgative. Genuinely concerned about my symptoms. After my appointment I was passed to an assistant who wasn't completely clear on my next steps from my notes, so I let him know what the optometrist had recommended.
