This was my 1st time at boots opticians as Specsavers let me down. I felt looked after throughout the process and Olivia is a credit to your team. She had trainee on her badge yet was confident and professional and caring the whole way through. The only criticism is the glasses are so much more expensive but that's where Specsavers let me down so hopefully these will be better quality.
