This is my second visit to this Opticians. On both occasions I found the staff very efficient, professional and caring. I was first seen by Tom who was very calm and helpful. Once I had finished the Eye test I was served by Jamie. He clearly explained the options available to me and helped me find some suitable frames. A collection date for my new glasses was booked whilst I was there making the whole process customer friendly and informative. I will definitely be using the branch again in the future.
