My appointment was fine but I would say the optometrist could have been better with my daughter. She was having her first eye test and had the same experience as me. I would have hoped she'd get a more tailored approach with more child friendly checks. The optometrist did say he was a locum and didn't know where things were kept?? Having said this, the lady who did our initial tests with the machines was great!
