The appointment time was kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be the décor could do with some attention.

Price to have glasses reglazed by Boots are literally 4 times what it costs to send them away and get them done by an online firm to exactly the same specification. I understand that there may be mark-up for buying things in store, rather than online, but that's simply ridiculous. Similar story with contact lenses. Won't be buying either through Boots.
