Staff at this and other Boots branch on Petty Curry, Cambridge, very friendly and also professional. Optometrist was excellent - didn't feel rushed and seemed very thorough. Dispensing were very courteous and had the right balance between providing information and offering to help while leaving space/time for me to look at lots of frames. This will be my third pair of glasses from Boots and my fourth or fifth eye check, so I am a happy satisfied customer. A lot comes down to the staff and the feeling in the shop - so they are friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and also seem to enjoy their work and working with one another.
The optometrist's name is written on my prescription, but not in block capitals so I can't quite make it out.
