I was very impressed with the service and staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very competent, including the trainee who saw me. There was no pressure to commit to a pair of glasses on the day, especially since I was a borderline prescription. As the first time that I needed a pair of glasses at age 37, this was a very supportive experience.
