The only fault was being kept waiting at the reception desk for 10 mins which made me late for my appointment. While I appreciate staff are busy I could see several staff around the corner chatting amongst themselves. They either need to hide better or actually acknowledge customers - I only wanted them to check off that I'd arrived for my appointment!
