Ahmed was very professional and knowledgeable and always kept me informed of what he was doing. This helped me to feel comfortable and hence really enjoy my experience at the Opticians. He was also understanding when I struggled with the contact lenses and compromised his lunchtime.
I got the impression that he is a dedicated employee and committed to good customer service. Overall a great experience.
