Contact lens check was excellent, reception shop staff were terrible. We were left standing there for between 5 and 10 minutes on arrival. One was at the desk on hold on the phone and the rest helping others. I appreciate it might be busy but no-one even acknowledged our presence or said "Sorry for the delay, I'll be with you as soon as possible." Everyone ignored the fact we were there waiting. I wouldn't come back except for the the fact I really like Michael, the contact lens man and I've been seeing him for years.
