Booked appointment online. Received email saying I would be advised of my appointment time within 72 hours. That never happened. I had to phone and book an appointment so there was little point in me doing it online in the first place.
The actual appointment was good and the optometrist Prisha was excellent
9/10 for the appointment itself, but 0/10 for the online experience
