The whole process was made very comfortable and given with great care. I made an appointment with Boots, because the last time I had an eye-test and ordered glasses according to the results, the glasses gave me a headache and made me feel sick. I am still waiting for the prescribed glasses, so I cannot comment on the results yet.
I really liked that I was able to book an appointment on-line. I find this so much more convenient than having to call and to rely on opening hours.
Everybody gave the impression that they had the time to take care of me. It did not feel rushed. All staff was both professional and warm.
After the check-up I spent a lot of time looking at glasses and trying them on. At no time was I given the impression that this was a nuisance. When I asked for help, this was readily given.
So far, the experience was a very positive one.
