slow for some one to attend to me at the reception point and I always find my appointments are never on time - I understand these things happen but it seems to be every time I visit I have to. Maybe the Basildon branch is under staffed? Other then that the staff are friendly and tried to get me seen quickly due to me having to be at work.

Excellent customer service professional well trained staff & i felt confident with the optomistrists check up & advise given to my 10 year old son she was very attentive to him & understanding of the fact that he has autism therefore I would recommend to other parents of children with special needs also my older son who is 13 is seen by Jackie the contact lens specialist very patient lady & explains everything very well to my son - thank you.

The sign says welcome with desk in front. Queued up there to be told I had to queue at another desk- very confusing.
