slow for some one to attend to me at the reception point and I always find my appointments are never on time - I understand these things happen but it seems to be every time I visit I have to. Maybe the Basildon branch is under staffed?
Other then that the staff are friendly and tried to get me seen quickly due to me having to be at work.
