Sharon arrived before the appointment time. She was very professional, informative, efficient knowledgeable and reassuring. She explained everything very well and clearly and was able to answer any questions. Unfortunately she had to come back a few hours later at the end of her day but seemed unconcerned. She dealt with the situation very well and again was reassuring and efficient.
