Sharon changes my in dwelling catheter on a regular basis. She does this quickly, efficiently and with no problems. I have previously had very poor experiences with catheter changes but Sharon changed all that. She is very personable, friendly and likeable and we have a laugh which makes what can be an unpleasant experience a good one. I highly value her experience and knowledge and have no hesitation in giving her a five star rating. She’s brilliant!
