What lovely person Sharon is. I had an appointment, but hadn't been listed. She wasn't at all fazed and looked after me very well, at all stages explaining what was happening and completing the tasks with care and efficiency. I felt very confident in her professionalism and totally at ease at all times. Five stars not enough!
