I was seen by Sharon in urology clinic at Lymington Hospital. I had to undergo a very personal assessment and to be taught an undignified treatment. I was dreading the appointment and nearly cancelled it. Sharon was so welcoming and friendly and from the moment she said hello I knew I was in safe hands. she explained all about the intimate part of my body that I needed to deal with and all the way through she asked if I understood so far, she was so clear in her training using diagrams that I really did not have any questions. Sharon made the whole process interesting as I was learning things about my body that I didn;t know so when the time came to be intimate I was more interested than embarrassed. Sharon has such a skill in her nursing role, honed probably over many years I would recomend Sharon to anyone who, like me, are fearful of performing bladder drainage themselves.
