Joanna communicated effectively throughout the whole process of completing a health review assessment for a looked after child. She ensured that she had enough information from me so that she could approach subjects sensitively with the young person. She contacted me before the review and afterwards to ensure I understood the recommendations.
She also contacted other relevant health professionals for me to ensure that consent could be provided for the young person to have vaccinations.
Joanna was very efficient and professional throughout the whole process and she has set a high standard for other nurses completing health care reviews for looked after children.
