Joanna saw areas that hadn’t been completed by professionals and followed them through to completion or giving an acceptable date for completion. This was excellent. Very supportive and had helpful practical advice.
Questions below are not relevant to me as I am the foster carer of the child envolved.

Joanna communicated effectively throughout the whole process of completing a health review assessment for a looked after child. She ensured that she had enough information from me so that she could approach subjects sensitively with the young person. She contacted me before the review and afterwards to ensure I understood the recommendations.
She also contacted other relevant health professionals for me to ensure that consent could be provided for the young person to have vaccinations.
Joanna was very efficient and professional throughout the whole process and she has set a high standard for other nurses completing health care reviews for looked after children.

Joanna BOWD was very professional and I felt like she genuinely cared for every aspect of the child's wellbeing. We discussed dental care, eye care, and general health, I also needed some clarifications on recent test results and she spoke to other professionals to find the answers for me. Thank you for your great care and service.

I have dealt with Jo Bowd many times and have found her to be extremely professional. She is attentive to detail and is always striving to improve herself and others; using latest evidence based resources and research. She has excellent communication and leadership skills. I am always relieved when I know she is involved in the care of my clients as know the quality of care they will receive will be fantastic.
