Carol has been fantastic throughout the whole titration process. I feel that I've been listened to and that any questions were answered promptly and with enough detail to keep me informed and to allow me to make informed decisions. Carol has been kind and understanding and has proactively made decisions that have helped me during this time. I'm really grateful of her help and guidance, she has gone over and above the level of care I expected. Thank you.
