While there was some initial communication difficulty, I appreciate Carol's patience with my long, rambling email communications.
I also appreciate her calling me and discussing my concerns via voice, though I would have appreciated this earlier and more frequently during the process.
During the period with her I underwent a change of gender, and I appreciate how sensitively she handled the issue as well.
