As a compassionate and hard-working person, Carol has been a brilliant nurse prescriber.
- She is very quick in her response times and in administering her care responsibilities.
- She has gone out of her way on multiple occasions to ensure I can access medication, at times despite being given only very short notice.
- She has accommodated specific requests where possible despite the extra workload this has created for her.
- She has responded with detailed information and advice/potential solutions to questions and provided valuable updates on issues without even being asked to do so.
I have been very fortunate to have been placed in Carol's care, she has my continued gratitude and my complete trust. Thank you :)
