Carol took me through the titration process for ADHD medication and I found her to be extremely efficient and professional throughout the whole process. It took a while to find the correct medication and dosage and she was patient with me throughout the process, and very organised in getting everything sent out on time, and she also advised me on talking to the pharmacist.
Absolutely no complaints, really great process from start to end. Really well organised, efficient, friendly, and the one issue we had on the web portal was sorted out really quickly and without fuss.
