I've had a great experience with Carol as my nurse. Every time I've had a query she's replied quickly and written in such a direct and concise way that made things that much clearer for me to understand, and alleviated any worry I might have regarding my diagnosis. I'm extremely thankful to how understanding she has been and feel fortunate for the service provided as the uncertainty around my diagnosis and my forgetfulness made it easy to worry.
I would hope to convey the competence she displayed in being under her care and would recommend this to others, as I felt like I was in good hands. Thank you, Carol.
