Ade was always very quick in responding to my messages, and sent all the info she could to answer any questions I had about the medications I was trialling (along with advice, tips, best practice, etc.) She outlined all the options on what doses and schedules to try, and provided me with great support and guidance, the whole way through titration. I was comfortable discussing my troubles, thoughts and theories with Ade. She was always supportive and encouraging, and helped me to be patient. She never gave the impression she was annoyed or frustrated with all my questions/rambling (even though this reaction would be justified, I can be a bit much. Haha). I felt I was in good hands.
