Stacey is simply as good as it gets. I’m writing this for my 79 year old dad who has a number of health issues and where going to the doctors surgery can be quite an ask on a number of levels. Stacey makes the effort to ENGAGE with him personally. She has him weighed up well enough to use humour to relax him and hits the right note. Most importantly, she is passionate about her area of expertise and understanding her patient to ensure the right tools are chosen and applied appropriately. I live out of town and am very pleased with my surgery and staff but even I was quite jealous of my dad’s nurse yesterday. She gives him confidence and encouragement and most of all hope. He may have been one of many appointments she had yesterday but it should not be underestimated how her approach expertise and genuine wanting to do her best meant to my precious darling dad. Please pass on his thanks but also that of my mum, me, my two brothers and my dad’s 6 grandchildren that he means so much to.
