Sara was in charge of titration journey for ADHD medication. She was absolutely lovely and I couldn't have wished for anyone better to help me during this process. She was kind, informative and incredibly helpful.
She listened to all feedback and was lovely with her replies. Professional but not too jargony. I never felt like I was being talked down to or judged or that she was "dumbing down" phrases even though I'm sure I asked some rather silly questions!
