I had the pleasure of meeting Marie for the first time today. Marie was very punctual despite the long journey, it was wonderful seeing Marie and I was made to feel at ease within minutes of our consultation.
Marie explained all I needed to know about self catheterisation with diligence, sensitivity, sympathy and care. A wonderful lady with a lovely personality.
Thank you Marie, your help, support and understanding was very much appreciated.
