Marie conducted the training efficiently, sensitively and sympathetically. Everything was explained clearly and my many questions and concerns were listened to and answered fully. After beginning the procedure I encountered some problems. When I contacted Marie she was quick to offer very helpful advice. Marie is clearly very experienced, and her warm personality is an asset to her work. I would recommend Marie's services to anyone.
