Friendly and approachable. Made me feel at ease with what can be a sensitive subject. Answered all my questions.
Examination was gentle and done with dignity.
I feel very comfortable with Marie.
Great demonstration of the product and explained very clearly. I know I will be able to ask Marie any questions without feeling I am being a pain!
