I was extremely nervous and anxious about Marie's visit, not knowing what to expect. Marie was immediately easy to connect with, understood my concerns and answered all my questions. Her explanations of how to use the catheters were easy to understand and very reassuring. Now it's down to me but I know that I am not on my own and can ask for help if needed.
