Meeting Marie was wonderful today. Marie was very friendly and a good listener and explained in depth all I needed to know about self catheterisation including all the pros and cons and she also showed great interest in my medical history. Very very impressive. Marie showed me how to remove my existing inline catheter and due to her excellent training and patience I was able to confidently self catheterisation at the first attempt without any discomfort whatsoever. Lovely highly skilled lady who is not only great at her job but also has excellent people skills. Marie has given me a normal life back and I am very very grateful.
