Mandy is a lovely, caring nurse. Her communication skills are excellent and kept in touch prior to coming to see me and asked me all the relevant questions to get to route of my issues. She helped me immensely when I was having problems with nephrostomy bags.
When she visited me at home she was professional, friendly and helpful- everything you would want from a nurse. She sorted out all my problems and nothing was too much for her.
She is an absolute credit to your team, many thanks!
