Mandy came out to see me today as previously I had to cancel a scheduled appointment due to me having COVID . I needed reassurance & support as my stoma irrigation was less effective & causing extreme anxiety & pain . Mandy was able to offer me advice & help to overcome this problem . She also helped me source an alternative pouch now my circumstances have changed . As always Mandy had full PPE on and reassured me on the current COVID restrictions. Once again I cannot thank her enough.
