I first met Mandy in late July and was immediately impressed by her very professional approach combined with a very friendly and cheerful personality. I had recently been experiencing some problems with my stoma pouch that not only gave me cause for concern but also some loss of confidence in a procedure I had dealt with quite happily for three years.
