I first met Mandy at Heartlands in January 2020. Since then she has been visiting me at home on a regular basis. She is always able to answer my questions on what has been a life changing experience for me. She is always on time and is no rush to leave. Even though I am coping with my new situation it is great to know she is always there whether by visit, telephone or text
