Having spoken to the nurse manager Tina I felt it necessary to give Mandy Smart a second review as she went over & above to sort out issues regarding the delivery of a new sample pouch . I have now received the samples that were recommended and I have found them to be superior to my previous pouch . I did have a query after using the pouch initially however all my queries were answered by Mandy and I was reassured which has given me confidence in the new product . Her knowledge of the product is outstanding. I appreciate the nurse manager taking the time to speak to me and I would like to thank Mandy for taking my concerns seriously.
