Mandy visited me at home Monday 22nd June.
This was our first time of meeting, although we had spoken on the phone
After introductions and a chat, preliminary paper work completed, I felt very much at ease. Having explained my difficulties, Mandy examined me and immediately
saw what was making me uncomfortable.
Mandy was very calm, caring and confident, which subsequently helped me feel that I was in very capable hands.
My stoma was dressed with additional protection. It immediately felt 100% better.
Wasting no time Mandy contacted Fittleworth to discuss my future needs and requirements, and booked a further appointment.
A very professional visit.
