I met Mandy back in April 2020, I spoke to her on the phone 1st. Mandy came to my home 3 days later to talk through what to expect and what to do with my nephrostomy tube and bag. She made my partner and I feel at ease, she made us feel like she had all the time in the world. There was some complications on the way with my tube not draining, but Many put me at knew exactly what to do and say to calm me down and she sorted it straight away with the hospital and got me straight back in. She was always there to answer silly question and always put me at ease. I can't thank Mandy enough for all her support especially with the times we are in with the coronavirus, it did not stop her doing her job. An amazing woman thankyou so much for your support and help, my family and I really appreciate it
