I thought Lois Delchair was very lovely and Freind nurse. Listened to me and made me feel at ease straight away. Along with two other nurses that were good. I thought get were professional and very caring. We need many more nurses like this who truly are good nurses and spend time with the patient.
Highly recommend Lois again and hopefully if I go back to queens hospital and see her then would be happy.

Thank you for your lovely feedback, it is always important to listen to the patient needs and concerns before going ahead with any procedure. In doing so, if I can gain their trust and encourage them to ask questions so that they understand the process it will help them to feel at ease.
