Lois was very kind and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and put me completely at ease.
The procedure was carried out with little fuss and she continually asked me how I was as did Finnoula her nursing sister.
Having had a very bad experience many years ago, I was very anxious leading up to this appointment, but Lois and her team were excellent and put me and my worries at the front of everything, prior to the procedure.
The outcome of the procedure was explained and I was shown the scans and what I needed to do next, if necessary.
