I had what could have been a traumatic and painful procedure made so much easier by Mrs Lois Delchar. She was calm, informative and kind. She allowed me to make a decision based on honest advice and I am so grateful for her treatment of me.
The two nurses, Pippa and Amber were wonderful too. Keeping me talking during the procedure. Kind and friendly. I wouldn’t say it was a pleasure to have the procedure done but it was made as close as possible to that by three wonderful ladies. Thank you so much. From Anita Haslett
