The head nurse and her two assistants, Michelle and Dawn treated me with the utmost respect and dignity whilst I was in their care. Lois explained what was going to happen during the procedure and asked me if I understood and if I had any questions to ask.
I was nervous about the procedure but I was put at ease and was continually asked if I was ok during the procedure. When I started to feel extremely uncomfortable, Lois listened to my wishes and stopped the procedure immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hysteroscopy clinic. Unfortunately for some ladies the procedure can be a little uncomfortable and it is important we respect their wishes.
