Mrs Lois Delchar is very efficient and she explained fully what she and the team are going to do to my case. I was much relaxed after the introduction performed by the team,was able to ask and understand the procedure.
I should thank the team Ms.Dawn and Ms.Amber they were very kind and helpful through out my short stay at Queen's.
