Laylie was extremely professional in the way she explained and handled my case! She did not leave me with any questions or doubts about the use of self catheters unanswered. She inspired me with the confidence to undergo their use and now that I have seen how easy, useful, and dignity-saving they are i wish somebody presented to me that solution to my problem 6 months ago! In this way I would have avoided six months of agony and pain when self -catheterization was available and so effective.
