i dont know where to start with this wonderful person she has been absolutly amazing with my mom, she is caring, kind and listens, and when my mom had an anxiety attack over treatment she needed kay sat with her and calmed her down and even phoned the next day to see how she was feeling i am so thankful to this lady for looking after my mom she is amazing at her job..
I can see she puts all her heart into her job and makes times for the patients thank you kay x
