Kay explained and listened to all of our concerns and worries in a kind, caring and professional manner. She was very reassuring and kind and did a great deal to reduce our stress levels. She let us take all the time we needed. She went the extra mile by contacting clinicians regarding the timing of diagnostic tests to help reduce my sisters' stress and anxiety. She is a wonderful credit to the profession and well deserving of 5 stars in every category.

Upon meeting Kay it was immediately recognisable that she is a professional/caring nurse. She has an aura of calm and feeling for the well being of her patients. Explaining in detail the care to be provided in moving forward to getting the patient well. Whilst listening to concerns and questions / patiently, again replying in a caring way,putting the patient at ease. A wonderful lady a modern day Florence Nightingale.
